Meet Your Trainers
Tash Clode
I’m Tash and I’ve been a trainer for 8 years. I am hugely passionate about Women’s Health. I have 3 pre and postnatal certifications and am currently studying a menopause certification. Alongside the theory, I have the lived experience of the juggle of keeping my health as a priority alongside, running a business and having 3 children. For exercise I love strength training, trail running and adventure racing!
Nick Clode
I’m Nick. I’ve been a physiotherapist and Personal Trainer for over 20 years. I’m passionate about supporting people to overcome obstacles that get in the way of them being their strongest selves. Our bodies are amazingly adaptive and we nearly always underestimate ourselves. I love to keep up to date with current research around improving health outcomes and longevity. For exercise, I love all types of exercise but particularly enjoy strength training, calisthenics, biking and running.

OVERVIEW:
This agreement is in relation to Health High providing Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) Sessions from their home based studio (1 Te Ahi Parera, Korokoro).
SGPT involves training in a group of 4 - 6 members, using a range of equipment (including but not limited to Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Resistance Bands, Cable Machines, Cardio based equipment).
PAYMENTS:
Payments will be made through our client management system - Team Up. If you have done any of our other offerings (Bootcamp, Mamas on the Move) it’s the same system.
Payments are made automatically and weekly. The relevant amount will be debited from your account and will process the Monday of that week. Whilst payments process on the Monday, they usually go out of your account mid- week. Payments processed on Monday are for the week ahead.
COST:
1 weekly session membership - $50 per week
2 weekly session membership - $100 per week (most popular) - guidelines around strength training recommend training at least 2 times per week.
WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE MY SESSION:
We get that things come up for people! Generally with Small Group Personal Training, you have your set slots that you are scheduled into each week BUT the way we have set it up, we wanted to give people some flexibility.
Therefore, you can book out of your slot and into other slots (within the parameters of your membership). Where possible, please do this with as much notice as possible; this allows for others to book into available slots.
We also take on a small number of members who do shift work and we understand that their schedule will be more varied.
If you cannot make a session please book out of that session at least 6 hours in advance. Anything less than 6 hours in advance means that you will lose that session.
HOLIDAYS:
The pricing model for this small group personal training program is structured with the understanding that clients will take time off throughout the year. As such up to 4 weeks of holidays per calendar year are already factored into the pricing.
This means that the overall cost of your membership has been calculated to accommodate occasional absences due to personal holidays, without the need for refunds, credits, or rollovers.
By joining the program, you agree to this approach and understand that missed sessions for personal holidays are not refundable and do not accumulate as credit.
Please give 2 weeks notice for pre-planned holidays using the holidays/absences form on the members area of our website https://www.healthhigh.nz/members. This allows us to keep a note of when people won’t be here for longer periods and plan around this.
EXTENDED HOLIDAYS:
We understand that sometimes people take longer breaks (i.e. longer than the 4 weeks.) In order to retain your spot in the group, you will need to make payment for any holiday that extends past the 4 week period (per 12 months) already covered within your membership.
If we can get somebody on our wait list to fill your spot for a limited period of time, we will have a conversation with you around that!
MISSED SESSIONS - NON HOLIDAYS:
Missed sessions due to illness, injury, life are non refundable, however you can make these sessions up.
Missed sessions must be made up within a 1 month period.
You can use the Team Up App to book into an alternative session with at least 6 hours notice.
Last minute cancellations i.e. with less than 6 hours notice mean you forfeit your session.
Note: When it comes to injuries we can nearly always come up with modifications that allow you to still exercise, ensure other non injured areas of the body don’t become deconditioned, and support your recovery (physically and mentally)
OUR HOLIDAYS:
We will have a shut down period for 3 weeks over the Christmas period. For these 3 weeks your payment will be paused. The shut down period for 2025/2026 Christmas will be Monday 22nd December until Sunday 11th January (sessions will restart Monday 12th January).
On the occasion that Nick is away, Tash will cover his sessions. On the occasion that Tash is away, Nick will cover her sessions.
Where we both take holidays outside of these periods, we will try to cover sessions with an alternative instructor who has an understanding of our ethos and our programmes.
Where that isn’t possible, you will be refunded for missed sessions.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS:
If you wish to cancel your SGPT membership, there is a 30 day notice period. You can cancel your membership via the members section of our website https://www.healthhigh.nz/members
Any payments invoiced within the 30 day notice period will be processed as normal.
To calculate when your last payment will be invoiced, count 30 days from the date you submit the cancellation form. Payments register within Go Team Up on a Monday so any Mondays that fall within those 30 days will be a payment day - note whilst the payments register and are invoiced within Go Team Up on a Monday, they take a few days to process and come out of your account. Due to this processing time, this means in some circumstances, the payment may leave your account a few days after the 30 days has lapsed.
During the 30 day notice period, your membership continues and you will of course be able to continue training with us during this time and up until the end of the week of when your final payment has gone through.
COMMITMENT AND CONDUCT:
Arrive on time and ready to train!
Be respectful of fellow group members and the training space.
Communicate clearly with your trainers about injuries, illnesses or any limitations that you may have on any particular day.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
You confirm you have completed a health screen form in Team Up and provided accurate information regarding your health/injuries/training history. You agree to notify your trainers of any changes to your health or physical condition that may impact your ability to exercise safely.
