Bootcamp sessions are fun, varied, all about you achieving success for you, whatever that looks like.
Our Bootcamp sessions are aimed at all fitness levels and options for making movements easier or harder will always be given; a big part of our ethos is around meeting you where you are at! We are all about providing modifications if you have an injury (or injuries), if movements just aren't working out for you, or if you need to be challenged further.

You will be supported, encouraged and offered feedback on how you can get the most out of the movements.
We focus on building cardiovascular fitness, strength and supporting you to make physical activity part of your routine.
Our Bootcamp sessions are 40 or 45 minutes long (depending on which session you select). We start with a warm up, the main section consists of 2 workouts - one longer and then a short one, then we end with some stretches. We incorporate lots of functional movements i.e. movements that we use in everyday life. The emphasis is on working at a pace that is good for you!
How does it all work?
Bootcamp runs as a weekly subscription with a 30 day cancellation notice period. The cost is $29.50 for 2 sessions per week of your choice. There is also the option to do 3 sessions per week for $43. We run during school terms and break for the school holidays.
Session locations and times
Trentham
Based at Trentham Memorial Park (Barton Street Entrance). We are in front of the white building (Trentham Sports Centre) inside Trentham Sports Centre when wet.
Monday & Thursday
5.45am - 6.30am
6.40am - 7.20am
Maungaraki
These sessions are based at Maungaraki Primary School (when it is wet we are inside Maungaraki Community Centre, right by the school).
Monday & Wednesday
5:25am - 6:05am
6.15am - 6.55am
Belmont
These sessions are based at Belmont Primary School on the court area (when it is wet we are inside Belmont Memorial Hall). This is at the same venue as the school.
Wednesday & Friday
5.45am - 6.30am
6.40am - 7.20am
Our 1 week Bootcamp Trial is a great opportunity to try out our sessions and decide if they are a good fit for you! Your one off payment of $29.50 entitles you to 2 Bootcamp sessions at your chosen location. Most ladies tend to choose one location and do the 2 sessions there however, if it works better for your schedule you can also mix locations/time slots and vary these each week.
