Mamas on the Move - Foundations
Core, pelvic floor, functional movements - setting a strong Foundation tailored to where you are starting and moving towards where you want to be!
Knowing where to begin with movement and exercise after childbirth can feel like a lot! We have got you covered. Our 10 week Mamas on the Move Foundations course is specifically designed to cover all the things you need to know postpartum. You will leave with the tools and approaches to navigate exercise confidently (and have lots of fun!)
Specifically designed sessions
Sessions are planned with postpartum considerations in mind! We consider your stage of recovery, your experience with exercise, what you enjoy and postpartum specific issues such as pelvic floor issues and diastasis.
Childcare Support in Session
All little ones are welcome from babies, toddlers through to pre-school aged children. The little ones stay with us in the same area where we exercise i.e. they are not in a separate room and are supported by our amazing childcare entertainer!
Pre and postnatal certified trainers
Training clients who are pre and postnatal requires specific knowledge and expertise. Both myself and Katrina, are pre and postnatal certified and have children ourselves.
Connect with other Mums
Your Mum tribe is so important. There’s time for chats and often Mums go for a coffee afterwards!
Pricing
Our 10 week course is $250. This includes your weekly face to face session, and a weekly in home video.
