In our 10 week course you will get:

  • 10 weekly face to face sessions.

  • Access to on demand videos with info on current guidelines about exercise in pregnancy, how to adapt through the trimesters, pelvic floor & core changes that occur in pregnancy.

  • A pregnancy strength and fitness programme. NOTE this is not prenatal yoga. Think core, pelvic floor focus AND squats, lunges, pushes, pulls…we will use bodyweight, dumbbells and kettlebells. 

  • A certified trainer with 3 pre and postpartum certifications, the experience of navigating exercise through 3 pregnancies and then through parenthood.

  • Priority access to our Mamas on the Move Foundations postpartum course.

  • A supportive community of Mums to be!

Course details:

Cost: $250 - this is paid up front, upon registration through our client management.

Location/time: Petone Salvation Army Hall, 72 Cuba Street. Mondays 5.45pm - 6.45pm

Contraindications
